Smeaton Grange Industrial Complex

An industrial complex comprising of 6 warehouse units constructed of tilt-up concrete panels.

 

The brief for this site was to allow sufficient heavy vehicle movement and allow all six units a street presence.

 

This would prove to be a challenging but not impossible given the unusual shape of this site.
